As we were drawing near Gatteville lighthouse, we enjoyed a rainy sunset on Marie-Fernand, with orange sunlight and sunrays shining through the clouds.

Alors que nous approchions du phare de Gatteville, nous avons pu admirer un coucher de soleil pluvieux sur le Marie-Fernand, avec la lumière et les rayons du soleil orange brillant à travers les nuages.

Turning back towards the lighthouse, we saw the faint trace of a rainbow close to it. As the sun was almost on the horizon, the full rainbow would have been an almost perfect semi-circle.

En nous retournant vers le phare, nous avons pu voir un morceau d’arc-en-ciel à côté de celui-ci. Comme le soleil était proche de l’horizon, l’arc-en-ciel complet aurait été un demi-cercle presque parfait.
